LPN

LPN/LVN – MinuteClinic | Full-Time Contract

Schedule: 2-3 days in week and every other weekend. 

Key Responsibilities:

Provide patient care, assessments, and vital sign monitoring.
Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments.
Perform phlebotomy and point-of-care testing.
Document patient information and care using EMR/Epic.
Conduct medication reviews and support patient education and self-care.
Collaborate with the clinical team and maintain a clean, organized clinic.

Requirements:

Active, unrestricted LPN/LVN license in good standing.
Current BLS certification.
1+ year of healthcare experience.
Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room experience required.
Experience with phlebotomy, vaccine administration, and point-of-care testing.
EMR experience; Epic preferred.
Candidates with only long-term care, nursing home, home health, LTAC, or SNF experience should not be submitted.
