Key Responsibilities Assist with staffing, recruiting, and training new employees. Support merchandising, stocking, and inventory processes. Ensure store safety, cleanliness, and proper cash handling. Participate in store opening and closing activities. Review sales and operational data to identify trends and opportunities. Maintain compliance with company policies and federal labor laws. Operate the store in the manager's absence. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent preferred; retail experience beneficial. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to interpret procedures, perform basic math, and learn cash register functions. Knowledge of inventory, merchandising, cash handling, and safety procedures. Ability to solve problems and adapt to limited standardization. Bilingual skills may be preferred depending on location. Physical & Working Conditions Frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 40-55 pounds. Occasional climbing, driving, and exposure to external weather.
