We are seeking an Experienced Roofing Sales Representative who can generate opportunities, build relationships, and close sales. Roofing experience is preferred, but successful sales professionals from the HVAC or pest-control industries are also strongly encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Be Doing
As an Experienced Roofing Sales Representative, you will:

• Generate leads through referrals, networking, door-to-door outreach, and community relationships.
• Respond promptly to company-provided leads.
• Conduct roof inspections and identify storm damage, leaks, and other roofing concerns.
• Provide honest recommendations based on each customer’s needs.
• Explain pricing, project scope, materials, timelines, and expectations.
• Educate customers on retail roofing and insurance restoration processes.
• Prepare proposals, estimates, and contracts.
• Follow up consistently and close sales.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the company CRM.
• Coordinate with production to provide an excellent customer experience.

The successful Experienced Roofing Sales Representative will have:

• Proven roofing sales experience or strong sales experience in HVAC, pest control, exterior remodeling, or another related home-service industry.
• The ability to generate leads, build a pipeline, and close business.
• Strong communication, presentation, and follow-up skills.
• A customer-first approach and commitment to honest selling.
• Comfort climbing ladders and inspecting roofs.
• The ability to use CRM systems and mobile sales technology.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Availability to meet customers during evenings or weekends when needed.
