Associate Podiatrist (DPM) Opportunities

We have two exciting positions available in Southern California:

• Position 1: Palmdale & Lancaster
• Position 2: Oxnard & Santa Barbara

Compensation: $150,000 - $300,000+ (Base salary plus bonuses, based on experience and productivity)

We are a reputable and expanding podiatry group in Southern California, dedicated to providing comprehensive care for foot and ankle issues across various locations. Annually, we serve thousands of patients, focusing on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care with a strong emphasis on both conservative and surgical treatment options.

We are on the lookout for two enthusiastic and skilled Associate Podiatrists to join our growing team. Each role will involve working at two clinic locations within the same region , offering a diverse and high-volume clinical experience, along with opportunities for professional development and significant earning potential.

• Position 1: Palmdale & Lancaster
  Ideal for candidates residing in or willing to travel to the Antelope Valley area.
• Position 2: Oxnard & Santa Barbara
  Perfect for those looking for a coastal practice environment.

• Diagnose and treat a variety of foot and ankle conditions.
• Perform in-office procedures and surgical interventions as necessary.
• Develop and execute effective treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR).
• Rotate between the two assigned clinic locations.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure efficient and high-quality patient care.

• Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree.
• Active California license (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Completion of residency training is required.
• Surgical training is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• High earning potential ($150K-$300K+) with production-based incentives.
