Description The part-time Facilities Assistant will assist with all aspects of operations and facility maintenance of the Goldstein Health, Fitness, Recreation Center, and all other athletic facilities. Position Duties
- Setup and breakdown for events.
- Provide on-site support during events and athletic contests.
- Serve as a front desk representative and weight room attendant.
- Act as the building supervisor.
- Understand and enforce all facility rules and regulations.
- Performs other such duties as may be assigned from time to time.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Must be able to handle confidential information in a discreet manner.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable and patient with visitors.
- Office experience a plus.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong customer service and organizational skills.
