Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis

Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes Analyze financial and business data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities Develop predictive models and scenario analyses Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with organizational objectives Communicate financial insights and recommendations to stakeholders Oversee month-end close activities for accuracy and compliance Drive continuous improvement through automation and data governance Provide forward-looking analysis and executive-level financial guidance Requirements Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related area and 1 year's experience in financial planning and analysis or related area; or 3 years' experience in financial planning and analysis or related area Strong financial acumen with expertise in financial statement analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and key performance indicators Proven experience in predictive analytics, financial modeling, and applying statistical techniques to support business planning Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships effectively Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and automation tools Excellent communication skills to present complex financial insights clearly to executive audiences Demonstrated capability in driving continuous improvement and implementing process enhancements Preferred: Leading cross-functional teams and Master's degree in finance, business, or related area Core Competencies Demonstrates strong financial acumen with expertise in financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting. Proficient in predictive analytics and financial modeling, with the ability to communicate complex insights to executive stakeholders.
