• Join an established community health dental program
• Primary focus on direct patient care and treatment planning
• Collaborative, mission-driven organization
• Support development and implementation of dental programs
• Supervise and collaborate with dental support staff
• Participate in rotational phone triage approximately every 3-5 months
• Attend departmental meetings, trainings, and workshops as required
Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive dental care and treatment planning
• Follow dental protocols, safety standards, and compliance requirements
• Initiate and review patient referrals
• Complete timely SOAP documentation
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Support organizational mission and patient confidentiality standards
Compensation & Recruitment Package:
• Salary range: $155,000 - $175,000
Job Qualifications:
• DDS or DMD required
• California license or eligibility preferred
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care
• Professionalism, teamwork, and reliability required
