Lead by example while serving guests and supporting your team. Act as the person in chargehandle daily operations, guest satisfaction, and team deployment. Oversee front‑of‑house operations, ensuring a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment. Deliver exceptional hospitality, resolve guest issues promptly, and make every visit a great experience. Coach and motivate team members in real time to uphold Luna Grill’s standards. Support with inventory counts, shift recaps, and basic administrative tasks. Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain service flow and food quality. Maintain compliance with all safety, sanitation, and labor policies.
