Quick2Hire is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Long Term Care (LTC) assignment in Sioux Falls, SD .

Assignment Details

• Location: Sioux Falls, SD
• Start Date: 08/10
• Duration: 13 Weeks
• Schedule: Full-Time
• Shift: 12-Hour Nights
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours per Week
• Pay: Up to $1,860/week

Requirements

• Active LPN license
• Minimum 2 years of Long Term Care (LTC) experience
• Current BLS certification
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced long-term care environment

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the care team
• Maintain accurate patient documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and interdisciplinary staff
• Educate residents and families on care plans and medications
• Follow all facility policies and infection control guidelines
