Learning Path ABA Services is actively looking for a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) in Grand Blanc, Michigan.
Below are the important details of the role:
Salary: $30 / hour
Work Setting: Clinic-Based & In-Home
Reports To: BCBA/Clinical Director

Job Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments, including FBAs, and skill-based assessments.
- Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans and BIPs.
- Supervise and support RBTs/BTs in center-based and in-home settings
- Review data and monitor client progress to guide treatment decisions
- Provide caregiver training and collaborate with schools and community partners.
- Ensure documentation and services meet insurance requirements.
- Maintain compliance with BACB Ethics Code and Learning Path ABA Services policies .
Qualifications
- Active BCaBA certification
- Master’s degree in ABA, or related field
- Experience with or willingness to learn GHS/Medicaid processes.
- Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills.
