Salary Range: $70,000 - $104,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Analyze production costs, inventory levels, and operational expenses to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for management, highlighting key trends and performance metrics.
• Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for manufacturing operations.
• Conduct profitability analysis for new products and existing product lines, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, supply chain) to gather data and provide financial guidance.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required by business needs.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, financial planning software).
• Demonstrated understanding of manufacturing cost accounting principles (e.g., standard costing, variance analysis).
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for financial reporting and data extraction.

Bonus Qualifications
