Bayshore Coverage Group is growing, and we’re currently looking motivated people who are ready to bet on themselves and build something real

No insurance experience? That’s completely fine.

Some of our ideal candidates are people who have never sold insurance before but know they’re good with people, competitive, driven, and capable of more than what they’re doing now.

HERE’S WHAT THE OPPORTUNITY LOOKS LIKE

You’ll work with individuals and families looking for life insurance and help them understand their options and find coverage that makes sense for them.

We provide the training, mentorship, systems, carrier access, and ongoing support you need to learn the business and develop as an agent.

You bring the work ethic. We’ll help with the rest.

Responsibilities

• Sell life insurance policies to individual clients
• Generate and nurture leads to build a client base
• Monthly fee for dialer after 30 days
• Lead cost

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in insurance sales
• Knowledge of sales techniques
• Strong negotiation skills
• Attention to detail
