Required Qualifications – Sonographer / RDMS

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist in a hospital setting (diagnostic medical sonographer experience preferred)
• Valid Sonographer certification/license (RDMS/ARDMS or state sonography license preferred)
• Ability to pass competency testing and a skills checklist
• Completion of required onboarding health screenings: COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap, 2-step PPD or IGRA, physical/health statement, color vision, drug screen, fit test
• Successful background check and education verification
• Child and Adult Dependent Abuse Training required for onboarding

Primary Responsibilities – Hospital Ultrasound Tech

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures for inpatients and outpatients following hospital protocols
• Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment safely and efficiently
• Collaborate with physicians, radiologists, and the healthcare team to ensure accurate imaging and high-quality patient care
• Document patient histories, imaging findings, and exam details according to hospital and regulatory standards
• Adhere to hospital policies including patient confidentiality, infection control, and system security agreements
• Participate in ongoing competency assessments and continuing education to maintain sonography skills
