QA/QC Specialist

QA/QC Specialist 22/07/2026 Location: Ngai Giao Commune, Ho Chi Minh City Key Responsibilities Quality Control (QC): Directly inspect and evaluate the quality of input raw materials (pepper, cinnamon, turmeric, star anise, ginger, etc.) and output finished products, ensuring strict compliance with export standards. Quality Assurance (QA): Develop, maintain, and improve quality management systems (HACCP, ISO 22000, BRC, FDA, etc.) to meet the stringent requirements of the European, US, Korean, and Taiwanese markets. Process Monitoring: Closely supervise the production, processing, and packaging processes at the factory; strictly control food safety and hygiene conditions. Issue Resolution: Coordinate with the production department to promptly resolve quality-related issues; participate in addressing feedback, complaints, or audit inquiries from foreign clients and partners. Requirements Language: Fluent in English (all 4 skills) to comprehend international standard documents, process quality records, and communicate/respond directly to foreign clients and partners. Education: College or Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Quality Management, Biochemistry, or related fields. Experience: Prior QA/QC experience in agricultural/spice processing factories (pepper, cinnamon, star anise, ginger, etc.) is a strong advantage. Knowledge: Strong understanding of international food safety standards and the quarantine/quality requirements of target export markets. Skills & Attitude: Detail-oriented, careful, and honest.
