Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association approved program, or equivalent degree approved by the APTA. Current State License as a Physical Therapist in PA or ability to obtain prior to assignment start. Proof of current CPR certification. Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance. 1-2 years experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting is required. Previous home care experience is preferred. Ability to perform clinical assessments, develop and revise Plans of Care, document progress notes, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams as described in the job duties. Ability to perform physical tasks required for home health, including heavy lifting, prolonged standing and walking, bending, pushing, and pulling. Must read, write, and speak fluent English.
