Offer education, training, and support to patients and their families to encourage continued progress and independence at home. Monitor and Document Progress
Track patient outcomes and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal recovery and results. Qualifications

- Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license (Texas)
- NBCOT certification (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) required
- Previous clinical experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt therapeutic techniques to meet each patient's unique needs in a fast-paced environment
