Job Title: Manager, Operations and Customer Care – Group, Life, and Health Insurance Location: Atlanta, GA Work Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Work Arrangement: On-site Salary Range: $95,000 to $125,000, depending on experience Employment Type: Direct Hire Overview: The Manager of Operations and Customer Care will lead the processes and people responsible for onboarding, administering, managing, claims processing, billing, and payment processing for various supplemental/group insurance offerings. This role requires excellent customer service skills (both internal and external), strong organizational skills, proficiency with technical tools including MS Excel and internal systems, proven experience leading and managing team members, and knowledge of group health and life product offerings. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the team responsible for delivering and administering a variety of insurance products including supplemental/group, life, and health products Oversee group operations processes—onboarding, billing, claims coordination, and policy support Maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and internal teams Monitor operational metrics and ensure issues are resolved promptly Support training, team development, and process improvements Qualifications: Knowledge of supplemental/group, life, and health insurance products from onboarding to claims management to billing/payment processing Experience managing, leading, and developing team members Familiarity with EDI processes associated with service delivery of insurance products Strong leadership, customer service, organizational, and communication skills Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), Word, and PowerPoint Bachelor’s degree in business, insurance, finance, or related field Additional Information Senior-level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job functions include Accounting/Auditing, Finance, and Information Technology Industries: Insurance, Banking, and Information Services #J-18808-Ljbffr Brickhouse Resources
