Shipping Clerk

Abacus Staffing is currently hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to support warehouse and shipping operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring orders are processed efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process shipping documents and labels
• Verify shipments for accuracy and completeness
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Track and update shipment information in company systems
• Maintain accurate shipping and inventory records
• Communicate with carriers regarding pickups and deliveries
• Follow company safety and quality standards

Requirements:

• SAP experience is REQUIRED
• Previous shipping clerk or warehouse shipping experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and data entry experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
