We are looking for a bright individual for our Customer Service Representative position! PAID TRAINING PROVIDED
Responsible for providing exceptional service, the ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to assist customer needs. This position requires a commitment to maintaining high standards of service, reliability and an interest in learning new skills.
Daily Duties
Assist customers face to face or over the phone
Help resolve any issues or escalate to someone who can
Promote products and services to customers
Process transactions when needed
Answer questions & customer follow-up
