Description Summary/Objective Performs routine clerical, secretarial, and administrative work in answering telephones, receiving the public, providing customer assistance, and record-keeping.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Travel
Travel is local during the business day. Required Education and Experience High school degree or equivalent; up to 6 months of related experience; or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
Preferred Education and Experience 2 or more years in the banking industry. Competencies Customer/client focus.
Clerical. Communication proficiency. Technical capacity.
Flexibility.

- While maintaining a friendly and professional manner, receives the public and answers questions in person and by telephone, and refers to the appropriate person or department.
- Answers central telephone system and directs calls accordingly.
- Obtains an understanding of bank products and services to proactively assist customers.
- Sorts, distributes, and processes incoming mail.
- Orders, receives, and restocks supplies. Maintains supplies in the breakrooms and janitor closet. Organizes marketing collateral as needed.
- Prints, sorts, stamps and mails notices as well as updates postage machine.
- Performs new account file audit, reviews and communicates corrections. Assists with scanning responsibilities of operations files.
- Assists with special projects as assigned.
- Consistently demonstrates appropriate interpersonal communication skills with customers, coworkers, and outside vendors.
- Follows all Unison Bank policies and procedures.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
