This role will be responsible for our flagship clinical software platform.**Your role:*** Define and manage product roadmaps using Product Development Lifecycle Management frameworks, ensuring timely delivery and market readiness.* Responsible for lifecycle management and market readiness including opportunity assessment, value proposition creation, product and feature definition, claims roadmaps, pricing, and launch planning.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize value based on market trends and regulatory requirements. Continuously optimize strategy through analysis of competitor activity, customer insights, and compliance needs.* Drive product launch plans and support regional launches by developing local go-to-market strategies in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure effective market entry. Provide strategic insights to regional marketing and sales teams to enhance their effectiveness. This role may have one or more direct reports.**You're the right fit if:*** You’ve acquired 8+ years of experience (with bachelor’s degree) OR 12+ years of experience (without bachelor’s degree) in product management. **Medical Device experience is required.*** Your skills include Integrated experience across hardware, SaaS, and PaaS is a plus. Experience managing enterprise level software products is a plus. Cardiology, and service industry is a significant plus (IDTF, Care Delivery, Lab).* You have a Bachelor's degree, preferred in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management or equivalent field, or additional 4 years of work experience in related areas.* You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .* You’re able to travel to customer and company sites domestically and internationally and is not expected to exceed 10-20%.**How we work together**We believe that we are better together than apart. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
