Responsibilities

• Adhere to all safety requirements and wear appropriate Personal Protection Equipment
• Unload Trailers, stage kits & or parts in the appropriate/designated locations
• Remove empties from the Point of Use
• Replenish Point of use with the appropriate kits at the right place and the right time
• Act as first response to the line for parts not delivered to point of use and determine best ordering method to deliver parts
• Execute daily walks on production line to make sure materials are replenished within the plant to ensure parts are picked on time and in point of use when required
• Make sure all material is set up on the line in replenished for next shift
• Ability to work with multiple priorities of the business
• Ability to work overtime and beyond 40 hours when needed to support production as well as being available to work on weekends as needed

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED
• 1+ year of experience in a high volume, high complexity, manufacturing environment
• 1+ years of Forklift experience
• The ability to stand for extended periods of time along with routine lifting of items that typically weigh up to 50 pounds. Must have the ability to bend, stoop, stand, and squat

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP experience
• Physically capable of working in a fast-paced, stop-and-go manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively
• Alert, dependable, and safety-focused
• Previous experience in manufacturing material handling or similar industrial environments
• Knowledge of parts and materials required for production operations
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational skills and ability to make quick decisions in support of a process-oriented operation

Pay Range

The hourly rate for this position is between $15 - $30 per hour. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
