Universal Bankers who successfully demonstrate bilingual proficiency receive an additional $0.50 per hour. The Bank values the ability to serve customers in multiple languages and recognizes the important role bilingual employees play in creating an exceptional customer experience.Education/Experience/Licenses/CertificationsHigh School Diploma or recognized equivalent required1+ years of customer service experience requiredExperience in retail sales preferredExperience in a professional financial environment preferredCash handling and transactional experience preferredPhysical RequirementsThe physical demands described are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
