Job description:
- Project Nova is a multi-year platform transformation program with Evernorth, building a new cloud-native pharmacy benefit management platform while re-implementing and migrating existing PBM capability and client business in waves.
- Client leads Program Management and Governance, Integrated Delivery Management, and Operating Model and Readiness through an Orchestration Hub that coordinates two delivery arms, capability build and integration/re-implementation, across roughly 16 functional workstreams.
- The UI and Workflow Architect owns experience and workflow architecture: interaction patterns, front-end standards, and process design across members, client and internal user journeys.
- The role sets the design system and the rules that keep the experience consistent as multiple teams build against it and works with product architecture, so workflow design and solution design stay aligned.
- We are looking for someone who has owned front-end architecture and workflow design together on a complex enterprise product, with accessibility treated as a standard rather than a retrofit.

- Candidates do not need to be local to the Boston area.
- Travel expenses will be covered by the client, and CX resources will also be expected to travel as needed.
- Healthcare industry experience is required.
- Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in Front-End Architecture, UI Design & Development, Experience Design System Architecture, User Interface Architecture, Interaction Design, and Process Redesign.
- Strong expertise in user interface architecture and design systems is required.
- Nice-to-have qualifications include additional experience in Front-End Architecture, UI Design & Development, Experience Design System Architecture, User Interface Architecture, Interaction Design, and Process Redesign.
