Java Developer

Build scalable Java backend systems while contributing real-world technical expertise that helps train and evaluate next-generation AI systems. No prior AI experience is required. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Java and Spring Boot.
• Architect robust microservices that support complex application requirements.
• Partner with the customer’s team to review technical specifications and deliver high-quality code.
• Improve application performance, reliability, and security through expert technical input.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive peer feedback.
• Document technical processes and solutions clearly and concisely.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize backend systems as needed.

• Expert proficiency in Java.
• Hands-on Spring Boot backend development experience.
• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and design principles.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, efficient code.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Experience collaborating with remote teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, data structures, and backend best practices.

• Exposure to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with AI-driven or data-intensive projects.
• Background in high-availability or distributed systems.

• Remote contract engagement.

• $30 to $90 per hour.
