Pool Attendant Help Create an Exceptional Pool Experience We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and service-oriented Pool Attendant to help create a clean, organized, and welcoming pool environment for our members and guests. This role is essential in delivering a safe, enjoyable, and high-quality member experience throughout the pool season. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and creating a positive environment for others, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Organize and straighten pool deck furniture including lounge chairs, tables, and umbrellas to maintain a neat and inviting atmosphere Check members into reserved pool lanes using a tablet or mobile device Collect and remove used towels from the pool area Help maintain pool cleanliness by: Picking up debris from the pool deck Brushing the pool waterline to remove buildup Supporting overall presentation and cleanliness of the pool area Monitor the pool deck to help ensure a positive member experience Interact professionally and courteously with members and guests Support additional pool operations and facility needs as assigned What We're Looking For Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented attitude Dependable with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift light equipment during shifts Comfortable using tablets or mobile devices Previous customer service, hospitality, or recreation experience is a plus, but not required Schedule & Availability Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Seasonal part-time opportunity Why You'll Love Working Here Fun, energetic, and team-oriented environment Complimentary club membership Resort-style atmosphere Great opportunity for students or anyone looking for flexible seasonal work Opportunity to stay active while working outdoors Join Our Team If you're passionate about creating great experiences and enjoy working in a welcoming, member-focused environment, apply today!
