Radar Systems Engineer

Job Description We are seeking a Radar Systems Engineer to support the Tactical Missile Systems team on Redstone Arsenal. This position offers a unique mentorship opportunity to work alongside a senior radar engineer. The role includes modeling and simulation of RF systems and scene generators, analysis tool development, and algorithm testing and analysis. Job Duties Integrate vendor-supplied RF models into a common simulation framework and scene generation environment. Develop new RF component models based on physics and math principles. Perform detailed analysis of RF models, algorithms, and integrated system performance. Job Requirements US Citizenship. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field. 7 years of experience with modeling and analyzing radar systems and/or RF phenomenology. Active Secret security clearance. Experience with MATLAB, C++, Python, Fortran, or other programming languages. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience effectively communicating complex topics. Preferred Requirements Understanding of software integration, modeling and simulation, and analysis of radar systems and RF phenomenology.
