Multi-Sport Coach

Overview TGA is committed to nurturing young athletes by providing engaging sports programs directly in their schools and communities. Our goal is to teach kids the fundamentals of sports while encouraging character development, teamwork, and proper sportsmanship. We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a GMulti-Sport Coach . This is an individual who is comfortable coaching a variety of different sports. This role involves teaching basics and fundamentals of various sports to children ages 5-14, emphasizing not just skill development but also the joy of playing sports. Our coaches are crucial in fostering a love for golf through fun, interactive lessons that incorporate education and safety. Responsibilities Teach basics and fundamentals of various sports to children ages 5-14 with emphasis on skill development and enjoyment of sport Foster a love for golf through fun, interactive lessons that include education and safety Support school and community program delivery and adapt activities for diverse groups Requirements Must be at least 16 years of age Availability during after-school hours (2:30 PM and later) Reliable transportation Excitement for teaching kids and sharing the game of golf Ability to connect with kids and create a fun, safe environment High energy, flexible, punctual, and creative Comfortable communicating with children and parents Willingness to commit to at least one full season Pass a clean background check Benefits Flexible schedule On-the-job training Opportunities for advancement #J-18808-Ljbffr TGA Sports
