A highly regarded boutique law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate to join its Stamford office.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of general corporate transactional experience, including meaningful exposure to mergers and acquisitions matters.

Representative Experience May Include

• Mergers and acquisitions transactions
• General corporate counseling
• Drafting and negotiating transaction documents
• Corporate governance matters
• Due diligence and transaction management
• Coordinating directly with clients, opposing counsel, and deal teams
• Working closely with senior attorneys on sophisticated middle-market and strategic transactions

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least three years of general corporate transactional experience
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions transactions
• Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills
• Excellent academic credentials
• The ability to manage multiple matters effectively and work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
• Connecticut Bar admission or eligibility for admission upon hire

Prior experience at a leading law firm is preferred, but not required.
