Responsibilities Conduct initial and ongoing assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, etc.) Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Provide ongoing supervision, mentorship, and support to RBTs Deliver caregiver training and collaboration Monitor progress using data-driven decision-making Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary providers Model compassionate, child-centered, trauma-informed care Requirements Active BCBA certification Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field Strong communication and collaboration skills Commitment to ethical, family-centered practice #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
