This full-time role focuses on day-to-day banking services, relationship building delivering an exceptional experience. If you enjoy helping others, take pride in accuracy, and thrive in a team environment, this role may be for you!**How You’ll Make an Impact:**· Assist customers with routine banking transactions while providing a welcoming, professional experience.· Support customers in opening new accounts and understanding products that fit their financial needs.· Maintain balanced cash drawers and follow all cash-handling expectations.· Adhere to Bank policies, security guidelines, and customer service standards.**What We’re Looking For:**· High school diploma or equivalent.· 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, cash handling, or sales preferred.· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.· Positive attitude and genuine desire to help others.**Compensation & Perks:*** **Pay Range:** $17.75-$18.75* **Saturday Incentive:** Extra $5 for any Saturday worked!* **Consistent Hours:** Guaranteed 40 per week scheduled for the hours of 9:00 AM until 6:00 PM Mondays through Fridays, and 8:45 AM-12:15 PM on Saturdays!* **Advancement Opportunities:*** Eligible part-time and full-time team members may access a comprehensive benefit package that includes medical, dental and vision coverage options, 401(k) with match, PTO, wellness options, and more!
