Registered Nurse Emergency Room

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced ER RN specializing in Level I Trauma care to provide exceptional emergency medical services during night shifts. The role involves managing high-acuity patients in a fast-paced environment and ensuring compliance with all licensing and certification requirements.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess and prioritize patient care needs in the emergency department efficiently.
  
  
• 
  Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders.
  
  
• 
  Document patient information accurately using Epic charting system.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.
  
  
• 
  Adhere to all safety protocols, infection control procedures, and compliance standards.
  
  
• 
  Maintain state licensure and certifications up to date throughout the assignment.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Valid state RN license with current, active certification.
  
  
• 
  Minimum of 2 years of ER experience, preferably in Level I Trauma settings.
  
  
• 
  Must possess ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate proficiency in Epic electronic health record documentation.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work night shifts (3x12 hours) in a high-pressure environment.
  
  
• 
  Travel experience preferred but not required.
