Strategy and Execution - Business Execution Consultant 2 - Contingent

Job Title

In this contingent resource assignment, you may participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvements within Business Execution. You will review and analyze basic or tactical Business Execution assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives, related to low-to-medium risk deliverables. You will present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing an understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. This role involves providing information to client personnel in Business Execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage and structure large volumes of data effectively.
• Experience working with shared drives and file management systems.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Background in Records Management or Records Coordination is a strong plus.
• Comfortable collaborating across teams and supporting project-based work.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Stage and organize millions of files within shared drives in preparation for system automation.
• Ensure files and folders are properly structured and aligned to required formatting standards.
• Collaborate with a broader project team and other Records Coordinators.
• Provide hands-on support and guidance throughout the data preparation process.
• Maintain strict attention to detail when working with sensitive and confidential information.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with many moving parts.
