Help

Receive consultations and appointment requests from multiple clinical sites

Provide education and assistance to patients and visitors throughout the facility

Maintain schedules of patients and providers in the department

Route referrals and other correspondence to the proper source

Generate reports to support process improvement in the clinic

Manage patient records to ensure accuracy
