Full job description - Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Little Champs ABA is looking for Registered Behavior Technician (RBTs) to join our growing team. RBTs are supported and are always able to speak with their supervisors with concerns or questions. Top competitive wages Paid Time Off Supervision and mentorship for those pursuing their BCBA certification Hourly Wages: $25-32/hour Qualifications and Skills: RBT Certification (required) High school or equivalent diploma or transcripts Reliable transportation Ability to interact, engage, and have fun with individuals with disabilities Desire to learn and work independently at times Duties of the RBT: Provide high-quality, interactive ABA therapy directly with clients of varying ages in a variety of settings including the client's home, school, and/or the community. Help learners gain life skills that will increase the learner's independence (communication, daily living, potty training, social/emotional skills, play skills, vocational skills) Teach learners new communication skills and replacement behaviors through the use of evidence-based techniques to reduce challenging behaviors. Collect accurate data and meet data collection minimums for the services provided, as well as write detailed session notes in order to inform decisions made by BCBAs.
