What You'll Do As a Teller, you'll help members manage their finances while delivering an exceptional experience every time they visit. You’ll process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and other transactions accurately and efficiently Help members discover products and services that meet their financial needs Build meaningful relationships through outstanding service and genuine conversations Answer questions and provide solutions with confidence and care Support branch goals while contributing to a positive, team-oriented culture Represent SCCU's mission of improving the financial well-being of our members What Makes You a Great Fit? You enjoy working with people and have a knack for creating positive experiences. You're dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable learning new systems and products. We're looking for someone who: Has a high school diploma or GED Has previous customer service, cash handling, retail, banking, or related experience Communicates effectively and professionally Enjoys working independently and as part of a team Demonstrates integrity and maintains confidentiality Is organized and follows procedures consistently Can travel to other branch locations as needed Why SCCU?
