As a Controller, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing, consolidating, and reporting financial data across various sectors including Service Contracts, Projects, Supply Chain, Factory, and Business Support. You will focus on Site-Based Services and Projects while identifying and driving financial improvement opportunities throughout the business.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and report financial data across service contracts, projects, and other business areas.
• Identify and implement financial improvement opportunities.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve results.
• Support Services Controlling, focusing on site-based services, spare parts, and field services.
• Ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting for project controlling.
• Collaborate with Sales on initiatives such as project cash flow management, foreign currency exposure, and local tax estimation.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
• Work with Shared Services teams to maintain quality and timely administrative processes.
• Monitor financial performance and maintain Latest Estimates (LE) according to forecasting cycles.
• Provide financial guidance for the execution and reporting of projects and service contracts.
• Participate in monthly financial reviews and forecasting discussions.
• Contribute to ad hoc and strategic projects across North America and global teams.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in accounting, general ledger, and reconciliation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a business controller or similar role in an international environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI.
• Experience in project-based or global organizations is strongly preferred.

Work Environment

You will be part of a team of 8 Controllers. The role requires working onsite for 5 days a week initially, with flexibility to accommodate personal commitments such as dropping off or picking up children. Enjoy a good PTO policy and the opportunity to work for an international company.

This is a Permanent position based out of Marietta, GA.

The pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
