Project Manager – Commercial Construction Location: Raleigh, NC Salary: $115,000–$145,000 base + vehicle + bonus + profit sharing Exciting opportunity to join a well-established, family-run General Contractor offering a close-knit working environment, excellent long-term stability and a strong pipeline of work throughout the Raleigh market. The Project Manager will join their commercial general building division, overseeing ground-up construction projects valued at up to $60M across both the public and private sectors. Key Responsibilities Manage projects from preconstruction through construction and final closeout Oversee all aspects of project delivery, including schedule, budget, quality and safety Manage project financials, forecasting, pay applications and associated documentation Coordinate with Superintendents, subcontractors, architects, engineers and owners throughout the project Manage subcontractor procurement, contracts, change orders and project documentation Maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders Identify and manage project risks to ensure successful delivery Collaborate closely with field teams to keep projects on schedule and within budget With a commercial construction backlog exceeding $600M, the company offers excellent long-term stability and a strong pipeline of upcoming work.
