Position Overview

Deliver high-quality anesthesia care across diverse surgical specialties in a state-of-the-art outpatient surgery center with 7-8 hour workdays . You'll provide anesthesia services for OB, vascular, thoracic, general surgery, healthy pediatric cases, and orthopedic procedures while supervising Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs). Core Responsibilities

You'll administer anesthesia and monitor patients throughout outpatient surgical procedures, performing comprehensive pre-operative assessments and developing individualized anesthesia plans tailored to each patient's needs. Your supervisory role includes overseeing CRNAs to ensure safe, effective anesthesia delivery and excellent patient outcomes.

Collaboration is essential-you'll work closely with surgeons, nursing teams, and multidisciplinary staff to optimize care coordination and patient safety. Required Qualifications
