Litho Finishing Blumer Operator

MCC seeks a Litho Finishing Blumer Operator for 1st shift to support mission-driven print and production work. This role operates and maintains Blumer and related finishing equipment, setting up jobs to precise specifications and ensuring accurate cuts, alignment, and finish quality. The operator monitors runs, performs basic troubleshooting and maintenance, and follows rigorous safety and stewardship standards. Working in a collaborative, values-based environment, this position helps deliver high-quality printed materials that advance MCC’s global relief, development, and peacebuilding mission.
