Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations. Responsibilities: Completes a program that offers an introduction to potential careers for high school students who wish to gain practical experience in a professional work environment within a specific department/program area. Offers the opportunity to develop valuable workplace skills, explore potential career paths, and contribute to the overall success of the department/program. This is for non-credit bearing experiences and only for those actively in high school. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Assists with daily operations and administrative tasks. Participates in team meetings and assist with project coordination. Develops communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Maintains confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures. Provides support for special projects, as needed. Other duties as assigned.
