Machine Operator

Shift & Compensation:

1st Shift- 6am-2pm- Mon-Friday- $ 18.00
2nd shift: 2pm=10pm - Mon- Friday- $ 18.50
3rd shift: 10pm= 6am- $ 19.00

Location : On-site — Lowell, MI

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Machine Operators for our Manufacturing client to start 06/29/2026. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities

Operate and oversee CNC machines, lathes, and milling equipment
Perform machine setups and adjustments to meet production specifications
Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and work instructions
Use precision measuring tools to monitor product quality
Inspect finished parts and identify defects or deviations from standards

Qualifications

Prior experience in manufacturing or machine operation preferred
Familiarity with CNC, lathe, or milling equipment
Strong ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Dependable with a commitment to safety

Skills

CNC machine operation and monitoring
Micrometer and caliper reading
Milling and lathe experience
Blueprint reading and interpreting technical diagrams/work instructions
Quality inspection, including defect identification
