If so, we’d love to meet you.We’re currently looking for a Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our primary care pediatric office located in Plainview, New York.This is a key leadership role that helps keep the office running smoothly—supporting our clinicians, staff, and ensuring an exceptional experience for every patient and family who walks through our doors.Here’s What You’ll Be Doing:People First:Hiring, training, and mentoring staffFoster a supportive environment through regular check-ins, team meetings, and performance conversations with both staff and cliniciansEnsure staffing and scheduling are thoughtfully planned to support smooth daily operations and patient flowKeep all required trainings on track and completed in a timely mannerPatient Experience Matters:Ensuring patients are scheduled smoothly and registered correctlyHelping patients feel seen, heard, and well taken care of—even when they have questions or concernsMaking sure patient records are accurate and up to dateBehind-the-Scenes Operations:Managing the day-to-day details like cleanliness, safety, and equipment maintenanceKeeping us compliant with healthcare regulations and best practicesManaging inventory and liaising with vendorsFinances & Workflow:Overseeing billing, coding, and banking processesKeeping an eye on spending and helping the practice stay financially healthyMaking sure billing and claims are handled quickly and accuratelyBig Picture Support:Making sure policies and procedures are up-to-date and followedActing as the go-between with our Home Office (Corporate Office)Helping maintain a respectful, collaborative, and supportive work cultureYou Might Be a Great Fit If You:Have a Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of experience (or an equivalent combo of education and experience)Are experienced in managing teams and understand HR best practicesKnow your way around medical billing, coding, and terminologyAre organized, detail-oriented, and a great communicatorAre comfortable navigating healthcare laws, ethics, and complianceAre tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systemsWork Environment: This role is based in a medical office setting. You’ll be on your feet, interacting with staff and patients, and occasionally assisting with little ones. It’s a dynamic, hands-on role that truly makes a difference.Compensation Offered:Salary - Salary Plan, 80,000.00 USD AnnualThe salary/rate provided complies with local regulations and reflects the potential base compensation for this role.
