Entry Level Assembly Helper

NOW HIRING: Assembler – Jefferson City, TN

Pay: $18.32/hr (Paid Weekly)

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:30 AM–4:00 PM

Overtime: Fridays & Saturdays as needed

We are hiring Assemblers to help build industrial manufacturing equipment. This is a contract‑to‑hire role with steady hours and a clear path to long‑term employment.

Job Details:

• Assemble equipment using hand and power tools

• Follow blueprints and written instructions

• Work with your team to keep production moving

• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

• Comfortable standing for the full shift

• Basic experience with tools or mechanical work

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Reliable attendance

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.32 - $18.32/hr.
