Experienced Truss Builder (Production) – $17–$19/ hr
We are hiring experienced Truss Builders for a fast-paced production facility. This is a hands-on role assembling roof and floor trusses on a production table—not a helper position.
Pay: $17–$19/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Saturdays as needed
Responsibilities:
- Assemble roof and floor trusses on production tables
- Measure, cut, and secure lumber accurately
- Operate nail guns, saws, presses, and hand tools
- Work in a 2-person team to meet daily production goals
- Inspect materials and finished products for quality
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
Requirements:
- 3+ years of truss building experience (production environment required)
- Experience working on a truss table (not general construction only)
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
- Willingness to work overtime
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
