Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,172–$2,260 Guaranteed hours: 36 per week Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12-hour nights (12x3) Start date: 10/05/2026 Work setting: Med Surg Tele in a hospital environment Responsibilities Provide direct patient care for adult medical-surgical patients with telemetry monitoring. Monitor vitals, telemetry data, and patient status; perform ongoing assessments and update care plans. Administer medications and IV therapies per orders, including Cardizem and insulin drips for appropriate conditions; manage telemetry-specific therapies as ordered. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, participate in rounds, and communicate changes to physicians and families. Document accurately in the electronic medical record; ensure safety, infection control, and quality standards are met. Prepare patients for discharge, including patient and family education and coordination with case management as needed. Requirements Active registered nurse license in New Hampshire or a compact state at time of submission. BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required. Minimum 2 years of acute care experience in a Med Surg Tele or related setting; travel experience preferred. Ability to pass a Dysrhythmia exam with 80% on onboarding; Nursys license verification required for active licenses. RTO (special leave) must be requested and included at submission. EMR experience; Cerner preferred but not required; comfortable with Cardizem and insulin drips; may work with Phenobarbital on Telemetry. Willingness to float to related units within the system as needed.
