Position Overview

Zausmer is seeking Associate Attorneys with at least two years of experience. Experience in Personal Injury Protection (PIP), insurance defense, or civil litigation is preferred.

This position offers the opportunity to work with experienced trial attorneys on challenging matters, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in Michigan
• Two or more years of legal experience
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines

• Personal Injury Protection (PIP) litigation
• Insurance defense
• Civil litigation
