Adult Residential Support Professional - Aspen Center (2nd Shift) Seeking a compassionate and dependable individual to provide daily support, supervision, and encouragement to residents in a recovery-focused environment. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, medication management, documentation, transportation, crisis response, and facilitating groups to support treatment goals. The role involves maintaining a safe, welcoming space where residents can build skills and confidence for lasting recovery. Key duties include supporting residents, documenting progress, assisting with medications and life skills, responding to crises, and performing urinalysis and breathalyzer tests as needed. The position offers full-time hours, benefits, and shift coverage from Thursday to Monday, 2:00 PM-10:00 PM.
