We are looking for an experienced FP& A Manager to join a hybrid team in Huntsville, Alabama in an interim or contract-to-permanent capacity. This role will guide planning and analysis efforts, strengthen financial visibility across the business, and deliver insights that support strategic decisions. The ideal candidate brings a strong command of budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance reporting, along with the ability to work effectively across leadership and operational teams.

Responsibilities:

• Direct company-wide financial planning activities by overseeing budget development, forecast updates, and longer-range planning efforts.

• Evaluate sales results and broader business trends to produce meaningful performance reporting for leadership review.

• Build and refine financial models that support decision-making, scenario analysis, and annual budget preparation.

• Partner with executives and cross-functional stakeholders to translate financial data into practical business recommendations.

• Contribute to financial systems projects, including data mapping, reporting improvements, and platform-related enhancements.

• Strengthen reporting processes and identify opportunities to improve accuracy, efficiency, and analytical depth across finance operations.

• Demonstrated leadership experience in financial planning and analysis within a senior-level finance role.

• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and consolidated reporting.

• Advanced knowledge of financial systems, analytics tools, and management reporting practices.

• Experience working with SAP or SAP Analytics Cloud expertise strongly preferred.

• Familiarity with system implementations, migrations, or integrations that impact finance reporting and planning workflows.

• Hands-on approach with the ability to improve processes, enhance reporting capabilities, and support business performance analysis.
