Responsibilities Title: Physical Therapist Location/Work Environment: In‑facility Reporting Structure: Director of Rehab Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, deliver physical therapy, educate patients and caregivers, collaborate with peers, coordinate referrals, participate in clinical support network. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility. Master's degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent (or Master's in a related field plus Bachelor's). Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
